The boss in London Colney is incredibly rude and quite aggressive. It can actually be quite a distressing experience if you’ve never been in one of these before- eg. Taking your handbrake off. I had been to a funeral on the day I visited this car wash, and- following this encounter- the funeral was not the worst part of my day.
