Worst experience I have ever had…
Worst experience I have ever had renting a car. Couldn’t get ahold of the Shuttle to come get us. Took an uber only to have the counter lady become rude when I declined the toll pass. Told me that I would not be able to use the highway which is a lie. I can pay tolls on my own. Once I refused the toll pass they then told me my insurance was not good enough and I couldn’t get my car. I prepaid online so now no one can help. 10 minutes later the manager says the insurance is good enough. Make it make sense
