Extremely disappointing experience with MPD. I was sold an iPhone advertised as "as new," only to discover it had a pre-existing fault that had been repaired before it was even in my possession. It took two weeks of chasing and a legal threat before they finally agreed to replace the handset. I returned the faulty phone nine days ago and have since received no update, no replacement, and no response. I’ve emailed three times with no reply and called four times, only to be told multiple times that someone would get back to me — they haven’t. I’m still being charged for a phone I no longer have, and MPD has done nothing to resolve the issue. This level of service is unacceptable. I will now be taking legal action through the Small Claims Court. Buyers beware — if anything goes wrong, MPD will not support you.
