I bought ring at The Bay in Canada and…
I bought ring at The Bay in Canada and stone fell off 1 month later. I contacted Effy customer service and got instructions on how to send it for repair. That was month ago. When I followed up I was asked when it was sent and tracking number. Provided everything to Marla and no reply. It was not expensive ring but mean a lot to me. Can someone please track it and send it back, I will find some other way to fix it. Very disappointed on how this reputable company handled this transaction
