I am assured now that my orders will be delivered.
In these tough COVID19 times, reaching a customer service agent is difficult, I tried calling the mobile numbers provided for contact on winni.in, but was not able to reach, since they were out of service / invalid as in automated voice message. I lost hope that the orders placed will not be delivered. Then, I tried the online chat service, Shivi, Customer Service Agent, was available almost immediately and has informed me that my cake order will be delivered today 31-Aug-2020, bet. 8PM - 9PM. However, the mug order will reach only after two days. I'll will be also intimated for the cake and mug regarding delivery via sms and email. I am assured now that my orders will be delivered. I hope Winni.in delivers the complete order on schedule and promised.
