Nie mam internetu od ponad 14 dni

Nie mam internetu od ponad 14 dni, prędkość to max 0.15Mb, obsługa klienta ma problem gdzieś, resetują kartę i przesyłają w kółko te same ustawienia sieci i mówią, że nie są w stanie nic zrobić. Problem występuje od czasu "awarii".Zasięg jest, ale ucięli mi pakiet za który płacę. Miałem 3 zgloszenia na dzial techniczny. I nic nie pomoglo.
