I had a very disappointing experience with Lycamobile UK. Before my holiday in London, I purchased 4 eSIMs to use mobile internet during my stay. Two of them couldn’t be activated due to technical errors, so I had to buy two more. Unfortunately, I didn't notice that the plans were set to auto-renew, and I was charged again for all 2 cards — even the ones that never worked. Since I'm no longer in the UK, I can't log in to my Lycamobile account to cancel the subscriptions — the app sends verification codes via SMS, but Lycamobile numbers don’t work outside the UK. I reached out to customer service via email, explained everything in detail, and even attached proof of payment. It's been weeks and I never received any reply. This lack of response and support is unacceptable. I lost money for a service I’m not using, with no way to stop it or even speak to someone. I strongly advise others to think twice before choosing Lycamobile.
