Local branch is Staines, the service is awful the property management section is very poor I have been trying to get some maintenance issues resolved for months now and it's still not done. All I get is excuses when I call, they expect you to call them they won't call you! I find it amazing this company exists, there customer service is none existent. I will NEVER use them again when I move home.
