Bad service
We checked on the internet and saw very nice cars and really good prices. We noticed the office was close by so we went over there and it looked very professional. We rented a nice cabrio for 1day. Later we found out that when you arrange the booking at the office you do not get the discount of 10% which was mentioned on the internet site. We asked why we were not informed and they only mentioned that discount was only available for bookings via internet. Too bad that they did not mention this. but we let it go. Before we left with the car the fuel meter showed full and we could drive 500 km the display showed. When we got back and put fuel into the tank until it was full we could drive 610 km. So this meant that when we got the car the tank was not full although it showed full. I tried to claim that at top car with evidence, but they only thing they kept repeating is that there is always a bit of a range when the tank shows full. So because I am an honest person who brings back the car with a real full tank as required I have paid too much. They did not mention anything that they were sorry and they also did not offer money back. I left ver disappointed and a bit mad. VERY BAD SERVICE! I do not advice to go to TopCar at Maspalomas Gran Canaria
