Fine work. Questionable behaviour.
**Update** Customer service rep called and apologised for the experience and advised they would be handling the issue with the installer. Whilst I had a poor experience with this installer, this is by no means a reflection on the quality of the work or the experience of the office team I've spoken with. Whilst it still angers me that it occured, the company has handled it in the best way that they can. As such I've changed it from 1 start to 3 stars. **End update** Today we had the installation team come and reinstall our system after our renovations. All was going well untill one of the workers decided it was a good idea to urinate up against the house. I'm actually lost for words. Once called out on it he washed it off with a hose. Which he only did because he got caught because there was a security camera pointed directly down at the spot he decided to go. But this is absolutely ridiculous and disgusting. We have a toddler who would know better and ASK to use the toilet like a normal human being or go to a public rest room if he wasn't comfortable asking to use one in the house. Yes he was apologic once my wife called him out but this doesn't take away that this should not happen. If he wants to piss on the walls at his own home then fine but to do it at someone else's home is disgusting and shameful. I expect this to be lodged as a formal complaint and appropriate action taken.
