There are many online med services, don't use this one.
I got on the Dr Alexa website because I have a UTI. I have had several over the years, so I know what they feel like. I also did an over-the-counter test strip that verified I had one. They diagnosed it and sent a prescription of Bactrim to the Pharmacy of my choice. I picked up the Bactrim took it in the evening of 1/11/2023, and within 2 hours, I started itching pretty bad on my face, neck and back. I couldn't sleep all night. In the morning, I called the Pharmacy, and they said it seems like an allergic reaction, and to call the provider. I called Dr Alexa, at 9:30 am and the girl answering the phone said she would let the doctor know and that he would call me back. I also emailed the website. I hadn't heard anything for hours, so I called back at 12:30 pm. The same girl answered the phone and told me she ALREADY let the doctor know my situation and that he would call before the end of the day. Its 6:19 pm and I have yet to hear back from the doctor. I have an antibiotic I cannot take, and I have a UTI. I'm frustrated and I'm very uncomfortable from the infection. I'm sure it would only take 2 mins to speak with the doctor, and 2 mins to send a different antibiotic to the pharmacy. So far its been 9 hours to get a response. Do not use this service.
