Terrible if something goes wrong.
I've had a few great experiences, but recently it hasn't been good. Aside from it being impossible to get ahold of a rep via phone, they have been incredibly rude to deal with via email. They failed to deliver a gift I bought because it was out of stock, I couldn't call them back to make an alternative arrangement, they didn't answer my emails and then the next day refused to refund my order citing terms and conditions that didn't even apply to my situation. Their products are decent, but beware if you need customer service. Check out trusted pilot before ordering, plenty of similar experiences. I'm now going through my credit card company to get my money back. They have launched a claim with the company. I highly recommend this approach if you can't get ahold of the company.
