Went for our Daughters Birthday. They asked for preorders for food as there were 13 of us going, which I emailed a week before. Worked out prices what people owed. Got there and one of the party got told they had just changed the menu and what he had ordered for his starter had been taken off the menu and she told him the alternative which he was disappointed with. We had no correspondence by email or telephone from the restaurant to let us know before hand. We had a bit of a wait for food to arrive and between courses, but they were very busy. The food was very nice. When we came to pay we noticed even though we booked 2 weeks before and preordered 1 week they had charged us the new menu price which they said they had changed a few days before and it had gone up between £1 - £3 per meal. No correspondence from the restaurant again about the price increase, which you would have thought they would have honoured the original price when the preorders were emailed in and as we booked in advance, and if they valued customers you would of thought a quick email from them would of sufficed, but no nothing.
