Absolutely hopeless
Absolutely hopeless. I signed up to Alinta almost 4 weeks ago. Still havent received an electricity bill, and the old retailer is still sending me gas bills as Alinta havent cancelled it yet. Logging in to my account was also a huge dilemma, when clicking forgot password it wouldnt send me any email (tried 3 times, yes I checked junk folder). Finally got a code through SMS, but still couldn't log in. Everything very inefficient - not confident at all about this move to Alinta :(
