No matter what...it didn't go well.

I had a problem placing my order in that I kept getting an error. I contacted them directly via email and was assured that my order was complete. In this emailed I mention my delivery date of 7/25. I received an email/text confirming the the week of my delivery and it was for the following 1st week in August. This felt like 2 strikes and I decided to cancel the entire order. I was reponded to quickly and kindly and was assured that my order was cancelled and that I would not be charged. As it turned out, I was indeed not charged but the food was still delivered. It is a shame because I had ordered from another company for the same week and much of it went to waste. Great concept but I feel that the administration side needs to be upgraded.
