First time using Thrive Travel…
This is the first time using Thrive Travel. The price for our flights are excellent. We did have a problem with communication over the weekend in obtaining a one time pin code (OTP). We were not expecting to have a code sent from our bank. In the future, this should be explained by the travel agent so purchasers know what to expect. The agents we're trying to be very helpful in sorting out this problem. Will use Thrive Travel for future flights.
