Overseas customer service reps are rude…

Overseas customer service reps are rude and so dumb. Can't answer a simple yes or no question, they would rather argue for half an hour and then hang up on you! You call back and it becomes a GAME laughing and how best can they upset you not help you! Asked to speak to a supervisor and no one is ever available. Got 2 callbacks where phone said from ETSY but no one spoke when I repeated hello? This is just to taunt further. There is no direct line to complain or report them so reps do whatever they want. Very demonic! Don't SHOP HERE!

Should have read reviews before buying…

Should have read reviews before buying from here! Purchased an item, then got an email 60% off everything. Called for price adjustment, they would not comply. Rep I talked to was rude. Put on hold FOREVER. Never helped me. Told me the order may not even ship because they don't have anymore of the item. I wanted to cancel the order then, but they said I couldn't. But if they want to cancel that's okay since they don't have the item? Shop elsewhere! This place sux!
