Håpløs kundeservice

Håpløs kundeservice. Tidskrevende når all dialog må foregå på Mail når du har et produkt som ikke fungerer. Valgte til slutt å si opp avtalen. Selv om Explora ikke klarer å levere krediteres ikke faktura. Veldig lite servicevennlig og useriøst når det kommer til kundestøtte.
