avoid poor customer service
I tried to get fibre broadband installed into my new property, i made an order and received confirmation of my order and direct debit but no other information regarding my order i.e. when it will be installed etc. I tried on multiple occasions to contact them via their live web chat to no avail and sent instant messages on their contact me page. I have now informed them that i wish to cancel my order and i will go with a more reliable provider. One would think that they would want to make a good impression on new customers but if i cant get in touch with them within days of making the order it doesn't bode well if i need support in the future. So in my opinion i would avoid this company at all costs and go with a more reliable provider they may be slightly more expensive but its most probably worth it you get what you pay for
