Refreshing Experience
Jeanette was extremely helpful in getting my Travel CPAP ordered and shipped out pronto. It was refreshing to work with someone who did not need to follow the book and treat you like a number. She gave me multiple options to get the necessary paperwork to her and responded promptly when I did to confirm the receipt. So far the CPAP has worked as expected. Shipping and packaging were excellent. Based on this sole experience, Help medical delvers on their product and service.
