I had a great experience with the support staff.
I had a great experience with Contractor Training Center. I started this journey back in 2020, before the pandemic hit. As a result, my plans were placed on hold and I only started studying again at the beginning of the year. They extended my access to the online content at no extra charge. Don't expect them to give you answers to the exam but, instead, teach you how to navigate through the books. Jordan is simply great: always ready to help and quick to answer her emails.
