This review is from a disappointed long term customer of Unice Hair. I have ordered from Unice Hair many times in the past. Well over 5yrs of purchasing from the company. This time I purchased a unit the experience was awful. The expected delivery date was 3 to 10 days from purchase. I was repeatedly checking the status of my order a few days after purchase. The status was still processing. At least 4 days after I purchased the unit, I received an email from Unice Hair saying the warehouse was overwhelmed. Thats why the delivery was delayed. Okay. I waited patiently. 7 days after purchase. The order is still processing. And, I received another email from Unice Hair saying the unit was delayed because every strand is handcrafted and made to perfection, blah blah blah. Then, it stated that if I wanted a faster arrival I could order another unit (which cost more) and they will calculate the difference. That sounds like they were trying to squeeze me for more money by holding my unit. I requested a refund immediately. I received a reply email stating my refund was being processed. I refuse to be manipulated like that. I was not expecting anything free for my inconvenience because of their incompetence. I just wanted what I paid for. However, they made it seem as if I could not get what I paid for until I paid more. I sure hope that is illegal in USA.
