Was waiting
I ordered an item Aug 1, I'm still waiting on that item and even though they respond in the email, nothing has been done. They stated the item I bought was on back order and they tried to offer me something totally different. I'm still waiting. EDIT 8/29/23:I got info about tracking a few days ago and thought it would be here soon, but tracking from USPS shows that the label is created but they still dont have the item to even ship! I'm still waiting. EDIT 9/2/23: I got the item today. Its not what I ordered, but it is what they said they exchanged that one for. I dont hate it, but I do got a weird taste in my mouth from this. I switched it to 2 stars, not horrible but not that good either. Edit 9/16/23: I thought about it and I change my mind. I switched it back to 1 star because I shouldn't have had to wait that long for an item I didn't even originally order.
