disappointment.
Getting the actual phone to me was amazing service , from both the delivery and the customer service team, i was kept updated on my order status and delivery times. But since the phone has been at my house it’s been nothing but issues , first it was dead (not an issue at all) then it took 11 hours to update software update !! (you’d think it would be sent at least with a some what recent software) AND NOW 23 hours to restore from my icloud !! Utterly disgraceful to be honest i’ve never experienced anything like it when getting a new phone. I was so excited to have the new phone yesterday and get to using it, but here we are nearly 24 hours after it’s been delivered and i still can’t even use it ! Imagine getting a new phone and not being able to use it the whole day you got it, THEN waking up the NEXT day and it STILL not being ready to use until expected 10pm tonight !!
