READ THIS REVIEW: DO NOT ORDER FROM HAZELTON'S!! SAVE YOUR MONEY!! WORST ON-LINE EXPERIENCE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! (Why can't I give it ZERO STARS?? ) Hazelton's will not post these authentic reviews on their website!! They will only post positive reviews (probably fake ones) so no one knows the truth!! PLEASE READ: I ordered a custom basket for $170 dollars to support a family during the COVID Pandemic. What was received was beyond disappointing and there are too many issues to mention in this review! To make a very long and sad story short, the Hazelton's website "sells" gourmet and high quality, but they are nothing of the sort!! They overcharge, do not send what was ordered, do not take any responsibility for shipping or the condition of the basket upon arrival, AND they do not respond to customer complaints of missing product, opened packages, and broken or ruined items. After several emails (with photographic evidence) and phone attempts to talk to someone in person, the ONLY response I received from this company was that I should have selected next day shipping to prevent the fruit from perishing. That's it. Hazelton's took NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANYTHING and were not interested in the fact that the recipients of this "gift" received nothing but disappointment, stress, and a mess to clean up. This company is completely negligent and will be reported to the BBB. AVOID HAZELTON'S AT ALL COST AND TELL YOUR FRIENDS AND NEIGHBOURS!! It is atrocious they are still in business as clearly I am not the only customer to be totally ripped off (and ignored).
