Due to a medical emergency
Due to a medical emergency, we had to cancel our forthcoming holiday due at the end of April. We were shocked to find that we lost our initial deposit of over £450 and found out that we were charged an additional cancellation fee of over £220. We will not recommend this company to any friends and family.
