Impossible to contact Celebrity Customer…
Trying to contact Celebrity Customer service by phone or email in Australia is impossible!! We have 2 cruises booked with Celebrity and need to discuss some issues urgently. Have repeatedly sent emails and waited on hold for long periods of time wirh no response. We always preferred Celebrity in the past but are now very dubious as to whether we will proceed with our current bookings. Perhaps Celebrity want cancellations as they take your deposit then rebook the stateroom!!
