Helen - Excellent... stay away from Tolhurst Fisher!
Helen in the sales progression team was excellent (So was Sydney when Helen was not around!)! I would say I'm pretty demanding but she was great, I really felt she was on my side, helping push through my purchase. She has bags of knowledge and sympathy, would definitely use her again! However, don't go anywhere near Dan at Tolhurst Fisher... lazy, inefficient, informative, useless! Helen did great dealing with this though!
