I am writing to express my disappointment with the services provided by Explore Learning Harborne, particularly in supporting secondary school teaching. The teachers' efforts were lacking, and their laissez-faire approach to booking progress meetings was frustrating. The feedback given was repetitive and unhelpful, session after session. Since changing tutors, my child's learning has significantly improved, with the new teacher actively commenting on their progression. In contrast, the service we received at Handsworth during primary school was much better. Additionally, I received a follow-up phone call to discuss why we left, but as I was busy, I requested a call back at a later time. Unfortunately, no one has contacted me since. For secondary school support, I would recommend looking elsewhere.
