A pleasant surprise
It is always pleasing to walk away from a service with a feeling of satisfaction that the experience was simple, efficient and professional......a pleasant surprise. Picking the rental up was easy, dropping the rental off was even easier, less than 5 minutes with the shuttle bus waiting to take us to the airport terminal. To top it off, I could not find my phone so contacted the service desk, they found my phone in the boot of the rental and delivered it to us at the airport...this is over and above expectations. Highly recommended....
