From start to finish rubbish customer service
From start to finish I had to do all the contacting no calls returned. They do minimal repairs. Try selling a car with bad breaks and still advisories on MOT. VOSA contacted as MOT seems dodgy as faulty seat belt got through. They advise me to make a warranty claim for items that should be sorted at point of sale? They know the warranty department will refuse to do half the items as they will be deemed not covered by the warranty? So who feels this acceptable with rain last few days both rear lights full of water and been advisories on last few MOT'S? When you call the garage the answer machine tells you "they are busy helping important customers like you" what a joke such poor customer service for such a large garage. I wouldn't send my worst enemy here to buy a car.
