Incompetence, lies, disfunction
See my previous 1 star review for the full story. After months of over-billing, complete incompetence by every person I've had to deal with, and the company having taken payments despite assurances by every employee that the payments had been frozen, I was left with the company owing me hundreds. On the 2nd June after constant fighting I finally got a credit note from the billing team acknowledging over-payments and issuing credit for the £300+ that I'm owed. It stated the refund would be in my account within 7-14 days. Well guess what, like everything else they've said, that was a lie. We're now a month later and no refund. I started chasing as soon as the 14 day window was up and once again find myself being ignored. I'm now starting an ombudsman case. @Tomato Energy, don't you dare have the audacity to reply to this review with the same generic response saying "you've requested details through Trust Pilot" unless you're actually going to do that. You said that last time and it was a lie.
