I knew the car I wanted and I shopped around. John Grose were able to offer the best deal. The sales agent,Adam Hills kept me informed about the car I had ordered and its journey through the build process. The handover was smooth and painless, made quicker with the use of online tools and very informative about my new purchase. I am very happy with the car and very happy with the service. I shall return again even though I have to travel 65 miles to get there and there are numerous other ford agents before John Grose
