Do not buy from this shop - appalling customer service
Sadly I have not had a good experience with Gabi and cannot recommend this company to anyone. I wish I had read reviews before ordering from this shop. Communication is practically non-existent and customer service is beyond a joke - extremely rude, unhelpful and at the slightest questioning you are blocked from being able to contact the shop. I spent over £600 on two car seats and two accessories for my children, including the new Stardust car seat and additional insert. I knew the Stardust was a pre-order, all fine. However when it finally arrived, there was no insert, and this is where the problems started. I messaged asking where the insert was, no reply. So I posted on the Car Seat Safety UK Facebook group where I was told there had been a delay with the inserts and she would chase when they will be expected. A week after receiving this message I still had not heard anything and all messages were ignored. I sent yet another message - all very polite - asking what was going on and was met with nastiness and rudeness. Gabi proceeded to accuse me of being rude and impatient, would not accept that she is in the wrong for not communicating with a paying customer and sent one final nasty message before blocking me so I can no longer contact her. So I am still without my item, a refund has been requested but not processed and I cannot contact the company! Absolutely disgusting behaviour and I think as other reviews show, clearly not a one off incident. Please do not order off this person - they do not deserve your business or your money - spend it on much better companies who actually have an ounce of customer service and helpfulness.
