We have used My Cruises on two occasions with the last one an absolute nightmare. For My cruises information the Ref MYC- 60868 Without going into all the details we went from MYC cancelling our flights to not having a cabin on our second voyage right up until about 4 weeks before we left Perth. We along with 35 others were left stranded at a Hotel in London waiting to get the bus transfer to Portsmouth. To MYC credit we did get a credit on the 120 pound transfer.We also had future cruise credits from Virgin which was supposed to get us discount on the booking and extra onboard credit trying to sort that out with MYC was a 12 month saga with it only being sorted by a very good customer service lady Called Megan from Virgin Voyages no thanks to MYC. If you want answers to questions don’t use MYC and don’t expect management to call as they are never available. They are the worst tour operators ever you need to look past the cheap deals as there marketing pushes. Take our word don’t use MY CRUISES Stevee
