Great customer service
I bought my son a Jetson Atlas e-bike and it was great until the throttle stopped working. I had to provide some information for a warranty claim and after I supplied everything that was requested I was informed in less than an hour that the claim was approved and and a new bike would be sent. I received the tracking number within 24 hours of being told the claim was approved. The tech Rose Irea was extremely helpful and efficient in getting the warranty claim processed and on the way for my son to get to ride again soon!! Thank you
