Decent site let down by 2 big issues
The actual site generally works well. I buy a lot. However their relationship with the 100s of Auction houses appears highly unregulated and totally hit and miss. The Auction houses can pretty much do as they please. The biggest 2 issues being extremely inflated packing and posting charges being slapped on items by auction houses. There are no controls in place so each Auction house can charge and use what they want. After you've paid them commission often of 30%, many places will take several times the actual postage costs to pack and send. Something needs to be done to reign this in. Number 2..The auction houses can simply block you from ALL the other auction houses on the platform for whatever reason they want and no matters who's at fault. Easy Auction will do nothing to help. No investigation, no help. These issues must be sorted out because the customer is being let down.
