Terrible money grabbing scheme
We can't review the actual breakdown or recovery service as we have never had to call them out over quite a few years, however... They auto-renew, they automatically add extra services without you asking for them, resulting in 3x the original prices. The last time we went to cancel due to costs being almost £60, they came back with an offer of £18, which we carried on with. Now we have changed our car. Their website clearly says that you can swap your car to a newer one but after filling in and submitting the DIY change of details form, they emailed back saying that because it was a different make and model, we would need to start a new policy and quoted us over 2x the original (current with 8 months to go) policy. They also stated no refund for the existing policy. Claire Lewis
