2 hours to try open an account
95 minute wait to try to open an account yesterday, after a initial 40min wait I got through to someone who took my details and asked me to wait while they got my information. A further 45minute wait and another rep asked for my name, number etc (started the process again). Asked if he could ring the next day. No call received, said I would try again myself against my better judgement, waited a further 15mins for the call to answer, when they did they just hung up. Nearly two hours trying to open an account which obviously wont be doing now
