Poor response
Reported an issue with accessing my apartment block, someone came out and said I need a new key and would get back to me that was 3 weeks ago! How hard can it be to get a replacement key? I have been a tenant with Thornley Groves and Barlow Crosley before them for 15 years and never had any issues before. I really can't understand why not being able to gain access to your apartment is not given priority! after waiting 3 weeks I have put a call in to them today and they promise someone will call me back! fingers crossed I will get a replacement key today.
