This company seems kinda sketch but…

This company seems kinda sketch but Steven at the service desk at Denver Airport made all the difference and gave me a great experience. They didn’t have the 4wd car I reserved and their policy required me to pay more for an upgrade (didn’t want that) and Steven took care of things. Their shuttle is real infrequent btw you might be better of paying $20 for an Uber I waited about an hour to be picked up. Steven’s great tho he should probably be the manager or CEO of the whole corporation and would improve things. I give the company 3 stars and Steven 6 stars. Update: in response to company’s reply below. You didn’t offer me a similar car. I needed AWD or 4WD for snowy mountain roads and reserved 4WD and you offered me a 2WD sedan as a “similar model” to the original 4WD for the same price. That’s not a similar model, it’s a downgrade. The options were downgrade to a car I couldn’t use for my mountain trip and pay full price, or upgrade for an extra $20 per day just to get the same thing I’d originally paid for (4WD) and a bunch of bells and whistles I didn’t need. Stephen made it so that I only had to pay $5 extra per day by overriding company policy. Thanks S. As for the shuttle…that’s bs. Your shuttle runs like once per hour to Denver airport terminal. There were like 12 of us waiting for at least 45 minutes. All different flight times. All reserved in advance. Every other company had at least 3-4 loops of shuttles with the same drivers in the time I was waiting. I even made jokes about it to one of the Avis drivers who replied, “don’t worry, they’ll definitely be here by tomorrow.” In general, you should listen to feedback and take responsibility for your company’s issues so that you can improve and be more successful. Instead of gaslighting customers who are offering constructive feedback and making excuses. Classic corporate nonsense downgrading to 3 stars for your responsibility-evading reply to my review thanks
