I regret to say that my experience with this car rental outfit . Was of nightmare proportion . As follows we booked what we took to be a transit sized van on their website. However when we arrived at Limoges airport, we were faced with a waiting time of over one hour, and the chatter coming back from others in the queue was that the agent had gone out to help recover a damaged vehicle. On meeting face to face he was all smiles and sped us through the administration in no time at all. However little did we know that the sting in the tail was about to follow when he pointed out to us a large box van with a hydraulic lift in the back. Totally inappropriate and not fit for our driving needs. When we complained he refused point blank to listen to us and announced that as their were no other vehicles available for hire he could do nothing more for us by way of a service. So we were left stranded at the airport for a while before striking it lucky with Buggs car hire who were able to supply us with a short term vehicle. My story does not end here when I contacted their customer services department I was refused a refund in the basis that their small print pointed out that as my wife was the main driver she should have had a debit card in her own name. I have since studied same small print and I can find none such clause . Besides the issue was that of the inappropriate type of vehicle being touted no mention if a debit card at any point. I am thoroughly disgusted by the attitude and behaviour of this company in the way they have treated us , and no one likes to be left feeling that they have been ripped off. But that is exactly the way that they have left me feeling. So future customer beware of their so called small print and hidden clauses which they hide behind. As opposed to creating a valued customer experience.
