Oppressive atmosphere and untidy
Oppressive atmosphere and untidy at Anglia Square store. There were trip hazards such as hangers and buckets in the aisles yet staff were just standing around. Some were rudely addressing customers whose masks had accidentally slipped down their noses millimetres! Some products were far from good value such as old Xbox games very overpriced. Lots of tat. Overall very dispiriting - no wonder online shopping is so appealing.
