Online order delivery-still waiting
This is primarily about online orders. When an order is put in 2-3 weeks before you need an item, there should not be a worry about receiving it in time. I should have learned my lesson from last year-Joanns cancelled all my orders for lack of inventory. This year the items are available, but very delayed in getting to their destination (this is before any weather delays). The issue is with the inventory control, systems processing and then shipping. Unbelievable in this day and age when other companies can use the proper technology and deliver. It is either tech or bad management, but I will not be doing business with them anymore.
