Submitted a FIT reading by email as photo submission was unsuccessful. It’s a new beta system. Within 10 minutes I received a response from Olayemi confirming my photo attachment of the meter showing the reading has been accepted. Great customer service and happy to continue to use this new reporting method as I’m sure Good Energy will improve it over time.
