Still struggling to get free from these useless time wasters VOXI. Stuck in their nonsense, hours of calls to struggle and fail to set up a login of a sim. There only customer service support is Repeating many times through a call ‘ we are sorry you are experiencing issues right now”. Who needs to hear this on a roll? What your customers need is to deal and put right your own incompetence. DO NOT purchase a sim through these. If you want Vodafone you may as well purchase their own sim. Forget VOXI they have no phone line. If you enjoy chatting to a BOT, VOXI is perfect. 🤦♀️
