Our group on the the Jewel of Costa…
Our group on the the Jewel of Costa Rica have just experienced a very upsetting experience. We were transferred to a different hotel from the brochure. The brochure states with any change would be the equivalent of the original hotel. On arriving at the Fiesta we found poor and basic accommodation, no water in the rooms, smells in the bathroom, staff have no or little English and sometimes rude, also it’s very noisy. Certainly not a four star experience at all not appropriate for our age group. I have been with them many times butwill certainly think twice before booking with them again
