Ok I’ll have another go because for the life of me I cannot get through to Hilton car sales….I am determined to get satisfaction I purchased my Jaguar e pace 13 months ago which had a steering column adjustment lever missing I took delivery with a promise that the part was on order and I could get it fitted by a garage nearer to me with 2hrs labour @£50 hr. I live in Lancashire so I cannot just return to the Hilton garage too easily I would like them to honour their agreement and put this matter right…..it’s a shame as everything else was fine.
