Absolutely awesome
Absolutely awesome. I'm in medical school and had basically given up on getting in shape because of all the time constraints. I started the 15min workout program, all bodyweight exercises, and started it 3x a week. I bumped it up to 5x a week after a couple days because I was enjoying it so much. Just finished my second week and, with a little help from some dietary changes, I'm already down 8lbs and a notch on my belt. Feeling like a whole new man. If you're frustrated, crunched for time, and don't really know where to begin, this app is a literal lifesaver.
