On the phone for an hour
i was on the phone for nearly an hour to pay an extra premium, All i kept hearing on a pre recording was how easy it would be to pay in my account on line. It was not. I have never known it so difficult to make a payment to a company. Eventually spoke to a real person who informed me that to pay over the phone would incur a £25 charge. Axa will not get any more business from me.
